Shop Lot Rental - Rules & Regulations

  • Three (3) months deposit
  • Monthly rental must be paid in advance before the 7th of every month
  • Rental contract of 3 years plus option to renew for *3/2/1 year(s) with the rental rate that will be agreed on at that time (*Based on business type)
  • Fit Out, Restoration and Temporary Utilities deposit will be charged according to the total area of the rented lots. Temporary Utilities charge will not be refunded.
  • Tenants who wants to terminate the rental contract must inform the management in writing, at least six (6) months from the date of termination.
